Vacancy: Technical Desk Employee at Motorservice Edgar Stijner

Are you an enthusiastic and customer-oriented person with a passion for motorcycles? Motorservice Edgar Stijner is looking for a Technical Desk Employee to join our team!

What are you going to do?

• To serve customers in a friendly manner and advise them about our services and products.
• Maintain customer contact by telephone and in person.
• Workshop planning
• Accept and process repair requests and orders.
• Perform inventory management and light administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with mechanics and other colleagues to provide optimal service.

Who are you?

• You have an affinity with engines and technical knowledge.
• You are customer-oriented and have good communication skills.
• You have basic knowledge of administrative processes.
• You are a team player and can handle busy situations well.
• You have a proactive and positive attitude.
• Some experience in a similar position is preferred

• A full-time position of 38 hours. We are closed on Mondays, so it concerns the days Tue to Sat
