Damage Assessment

What we can do for you in the event of damage

You can drive by for a visible damage assessment. You must fill in the amount of the assessment on your claim form. This is useful for the insurance company to determine whether or not an expertise will have to take place.

If your motorcycle is no longer roadworthy after the accident, you can inquire with your insurance company whether the transport of your motorcycle by a recovery company is included in the insurance.

It is convenient and often faster if you also call the company instead of just sending the claim form, to report your damage. You can then immediately make an appointment for possible expertise. (please note that we are closed on Mondays)

For a quick handling of the expertise, the motorcycle must be present with us at least one day in advance. This is in connection with the making of the expertise report.
After expertise it is up to you to decide whether to repair it. You can of course also trade in your damaged engine for a new one. Our sales department is available for this.

If you take the engine without repair, appraisal costs must be paid. This amounts to the number of hours of work that were required, with a minimum of € 150.

When repairing the engine this amount will be deducted from the repair invoice. Before repair is started you must have given an order.
